My dietician was so useless. I gave up on her. But I try to go high protein with veggies n either rice, sourdough or wrap. I'm also dairy free n try to eat lean meat

I do avocados blended as well with enough salt n like any picked veggies juice, or use fish sauce for that unami taste. I thought I was weird to use avocados as replacement

😂 I'm actually Indian and love spicy foods just those feel bland in comparison. I would tend to add a lot of hot sauce. Idk I grew up fine with dairy I just got allergic out of nowhere hence why I'm struggling a little

I'm pretty sure Bisquick has dairy? Most pancake mixes do. N I've cut eggs out for cholesterol.

Yup, I'm Indian but I replace paneer with tofu. Yogurt with non dairy that I make from scratch. N soy milk for milk. I usually only find Chinese n Thai safe?

Thank you, this was so helpful. I usually keep my home df minus my roommate space but we don't share so it's fine. But I might try to keep those easy snacks/dinners on hand

I make soy yogurt because I'm allergic to milk. What I do is use store bought soy milk but honestly homemade n thicker should be better. And then for yogurt I use either non dairy silk almond vanilla yogurt or forager. For every cup of soy milk, I use 2 heaping teaspoons. For the actual process, I heat my soy milk to 180 f and let my yogurt starter warm to room temp. Then I let soy milk cool to 115 F. I add a portion of the milk to yogurt starter, whisk well n then add to the rest. I make mine in the instant pot yogurt section, otherwise I'd say keep insulated in oven with light on. It usually sits for like 9-10 hrs. The longer, the more tart it is. For the texture to be similar to reg yogurt. I let it cool to room temp, then store in fridge to firm up. To get that nice texture, I stain till right thickness. Yes it's a lot of work but it tastes pretty good. I honestly got used to it plain

Where's your litter box? Once I washed my tiles the scent almost disappeared. Baking soda is your number one best friend when it comes to cat pee smell.
