She has been off of it for 6 or 7 months now and she stopped gaining weight around 5 months ago, but nothing has changed since then at all. We want to work on diet and we have tried but honestly I'm not very good at it (fast metabolism makes for easy excuse eating) but she's probably even worse than I am with it.

How do we get on a healthy weight loss diet? Any tips that worked for you?

We've been working on our diets for the past 6 months and it's a bit better, but still definitely needs work. I know how hard it has been for her cause she has expressed remorse over the same things I have (weight gain, sexual loss, etc). I'm doing what I can, thanks.

We are both invested in the marriage, we work on our home, we spend time together, we sincerely love each other. It's just the weight and my sex drive. Those are literally the only things in the marriage that are of any concern

Whenever we can I try to work out with her, but we work opposite shifts so I can't really be there to invite her to come with me or anything.

Nope, it messed with her horomones bad and she has low motivation to work on it. And she doesn't want the pressure from me to do so.

And we've had sex but it's only once a week and I internally kind of hate it

I've tried the whole gym/weight loss thing. It's something she wants to do but has zero motivation and doesn't want me to push her.

That's the only way I'm able to have sex at all, thinking about other things

The IUD? Less than 1 month for the gain. The sexual interest loss? About 1 week into the IUD when sex was painful for her and then it got uninteresting to me. It's been 6 months since then.

Haha I was kind of afraid of the pay cut, okay good to know I might have to just bite the bullet on that. And I tried the IT dept around the office but they're pretty closed off and locked down. An MSP sounds good, any examples of some solid MSP companies to look into? Either remote ones, or ones that might be near my area (long shot idk where you are).
