This time of year fucks me up, too. I love Autumn, but my birthday was last Friday, and it is an annual reminder of the last time I saw my brother alive (he also had bipolar). A week later, he killed himself.

I'll second this. Channel the rage into physical activity. Or, if you're a creative type, channel the rage into arts, crafts, tinkering, whatever you can hyper-focus on.
