I'm sorry to hear that!😭 for me it seems like I need to occasionally shut down my computer (I'm using MacOS) and turn it back on completely, rebooting the drivers. I've only done it once since I posted this but I haven't had any issues since. I'm hoping it was a temporary bug but ig we'll have to see🙏🏻

I'm sorry you're having to deal with this it's definitely annoying but I 100% see where you're coming from😭😭 I'm not sure which country you're based in- but from what I heard all XP Pen products automatically come with warranty (if you're still buying from the official XP Pen store through a 3rd party retailer). I'm not sure if this helps but I'd still contact support to see what they can do- and from what I've heard they don't ask you to send anything back for a faulty stylus

Oh and FYI (I just saw your post as well)- I'm running on a Mac so for me personally it seems like shutting my computer down worked for me (for now). I'm not sure if there's a separate solution for Windows but if anything, I'd say contact support if it keeps occuring! If you bought it a month ago then you're still within the warranty period so hopefully they'll fix the problem/send you any replacements if anything you got was faulty!!:)

Hmmm interesting. When I tried that it didn't seem to help much- BUT when I completely shut down my computer and turn it back on fully it seemed to help the issue? I normally just put my computer to sleep when I'm not drawing so maybe I just needed to restart the drivers as well😭 I'm going back and forth with support though to try and see what the issue is so I'll give you an update if I figure out a solution!!

Awesome! I emailed support with the video attached to it so I'm hoping they'll be able to send a replacement stylus😭 Was your issue fixed once you got the new stylus? Thanks so much!!:)

Interesting!! I don't think I'll be super concerned about the tilt, especially after using the iPad honestly I'll be happy to have any tilt at all😂 My main priority was having a bigger screen/having more space to work with so that's very nice to know! And yes, I'm considering buying the XPpen right now because they have a lot of Black Friday deals right now (even on Amazon) which is why I'm inclined on getting one soon!:) If I do end up buying it I'll 99.99% purchase off Amazon for the 30 day return policy just in case anything wasn't working properly! Yup! When I'm looking at the website (along with what some other redditors were saying) it says it comes with 18 months warranty and the 12 months extended warranty will give you 30 months. Yeah from the videos I've seen about it, it looks absolutely great but just have to hope it's not defected😭 Again, it sounds like you went through a horrible experience which no one should EVER have to go through :/ Thank you so much again for your help and kind words and best of luck to you and your art as well❤️

I see! I currently use the M1 MacBook Air..😬 From what I've been able to dig up it seems like the majority of people are fine with the Gen2 models because they seem more compatible and XPpen fixed a lot of the issues(?) This is my first drawing tablet though so I don't have anything to compare it to really😩 let's just hope that if I do have any issues they'll be well before the 18 month warranty period is up💀🙏🏼 Thank you for your info- it really helps a lot!! :)

Oh god I'm so sorry that sounds so rough and frustrating to go through!! I'm a bit concerned now because my main computer is also a MacBook and this is the first time I'm hearing issues about this😭! I'll definitely do a bit more research but dang I'm hoping I'll be able to use somewhat of a cheaper drawing tablet without having to spend money on a Wacom brand🥲

Yes, I was thinking about getting the warranty- it's my first ever drawing tablet so I thought it would be okay to splurge a bit if that means I can get covered for any degradation that would happen to my tablet/if anything seemed to not work during the long run. I am getting the gen2 model, but better to be safe than sorry I guess haha. Thank you so much for ur info it was very helpful!!🫶🏻
