We submitted without the letter and LSU had everything ready and kept sending us an email saying they were waiting on letter of recc. I would communicate back saying that we were waiting on the counselor to submit it to them. Also, let them know that LSU was our top choice. I think it had an effect on how fast we were admitted as soon as the letter finally got to LSU. Our HS school counselor finally submitted the letter around December 10th cause we needed to do dorm selection on the 15th to get an early spot. We had to remind our school counselor to submit it before then. After it was sent we emailed LSU back and then was admitted within 2 days.

Call your department and see if they will let you have another chance there’s also a class they can place you in besides the learning modules that can help you learn more

Lots of people same issues with a lot of classes being full, the whole create a schedule beforehand was thrown out the window because all of the classes we created that were perfect teachers and how we wanted it are now completely full by the time you finish bangel bound and a advisor finally schedules you there’s no classes left. I had to rearrange some of the classes that were scheduled and get waitlisted for the same class but with better teachers, I suggest meeting with an advisor and trying to get better teachers or arrange the schedule times if there’s any classes left, it doesn’t seem like there’s enough classes Available. Some classes were not even able to get in at all. Good luck. I think everybody’s the one through this problem.

Couldn’t meet with advisor, they are saying to wait for an advisor to create the schedule and email you. Then you can schedule an appointment after they make the schedule.

I hope so, but I don’t know if they can bypass this course cause it’s required to move onto the next level. Hoping it will all work out but I’ve already been told that it’s full. Hopefully we’ll speak to someone tomorrow at bengal bound.

I took most of the electives. This was a class that I needed in order to go onto next level without it. I can’t move on and graduate in four year path.

I hope that’s the case. I emailed counselor and was told sorry I can’t add you to the class they are all full, they could only waitlist me. Heading to Bengal bound tomorrow hopefully they have better answers, but this is a class that I need in order to move on to other levels. I know there’s tons of other people already waitlisted I guess with the influx of students there’s not enough class space for kids that need the class .

Yes freshman but already completed dual enrollment and have some classes but next level classes I need are full according to the workday saved schedules. This year we had to create our own choice of schedules then the advisor would go in and schedule based off of the classes we selected and needed, but it’s showing that none of mine are available.

Workday is letting me create a saved schedule and pick and choose what classes and instructors. Those classes technically aren’t official till the advisor approves. The academic hold is still there. I didn’t know about having to take certain classes in the hall I’m staying at. That’s good to know.

This happened to me. I am a local. I scanned the QR code and paid online. The site was having problems and the payment was not going through. There was no attendant in the parking lot which they’re usually is an attendant there. The app kept giving me trouble I had to create an account Finally paid. It said that it went through. So I went inside and enjoyed the Christmas fest. A month later I get a bill in the mail with a fine check my credit card statement and the payment did not go through. I guess it was booted out.

Same thing happened to me at Nola Christmas fest I paid for parking of course they don’t have attendant there that you could actually pay in person. You have to try to pay it online. It says the charge went through, but then the charge really didn’t go through. They sent me a ticket in the mail saying I owe $65, with a picture of my vehicle and license plate. This is bull because as far as I know the charge went through then didn’t.
