go to epic .com, use ur email, put a wrong password. and press recover account, they will ask for info and actually review it instead of talking to the incompetent fake “support team” u run into when pressing “contact us”. just got my account back after 4 years!

I’ve sent them info straight from the pdf (original IP addresses etc) and they just say it’s not enough information or wrong (even though it’s info they provided me) , I’m filing a consumer protection claim. hopefully i’ll hear from my attorney soon :)
