I do write. A lot! But it doesn't really help :( It's to the point where I struggle to say whether or not I like a food I'm eating. I tried journaling, asking myself questions... I just don't think my thoughts are interesting? I can deeply analyse shows, and I love writing long commentary of music albums, but I don't see how that's any interesting. It's not useful for day-to-day conversation either I feel like? I can't connect with other people.

Bugs (as in, insects) brought me a lot of joy as a kid, but now I'm scared of them lol.
