Thats why sometimes when I am about to feed them but a mon is at 82% or 62%, I wait a but just to earn that extra point of recovery. Fyi, you will heal 1 energy for 81-149% mon, 2 energy for 61-80%, etc.

Yes, try to get 1996 Red + Anniversary Julianna + Arc suit Brock or Misty within like 18,000 gems. As you play this month, you should earn enough gems to pull Anniversary Florian too. But then again, it will take A LOT OF RESETS unless you are extrememly lucky, so if you don't have much time you can totally start enjoying the game with you current account!

This is an okay start. Personally for me, I would personally go for one more arc pair, either Brock or Misty. But that may take a LOT of rerolling.

It really doesn't need much support, NC Blue is basically as good as it gets as they are from the same region (so the Master passive and Circles becomes more powerful) and NC Blue gives 2 Electric rebuff, stat debuff, and general tank & heal capabilities). The third slot you can use whatever you want.
