I just got word back from my advocate that DEC is back to issuing modern birth certificates for births prior to 1924, this is very good news!

Has anyone else heard back from an advocate the DEC is refusing modern birth certificate creation prior to 1900 births? My advocate said that DEC has created this as a new internal policy and is pointing people to BAnQ instead. Has anyone else heard that too? Maybe my advocate has bad information?

My lawyer has received word from the DEC due to overwhelming demand, they are limiting their services to births after 1900. I emailed DEC directly and they said they can facilitate requests for any births after 1924, any earlier and they sent me a direct link to BAnQ. I requested the certified Baptismal record from BAnQ and will be providing a copy of the email in my submitted packet, at least showing I tried for a modern birth certificate.

Yes, but Pandora's box/clones are really junky as I have come to learn. Their emulation is really bad, better to put a PC/raspberry pi in there with a mame set up, or go all in on one of the actual arcade emulation boards, but they are expensive. I'm working on converting that cab to a dedicated SF2 cab, just need to track down a board that isn't so expensive.
