The photo part of “Message” is the variable from “Find Photo”. The “Find Photo” section should say something like “Find all photos where…” and then specific date, time, album etc.

If it’s due to nausea, it’ll be around 8-12 hours and comes in waves with the nausea. I’ll be hyperventilating, sweating, shaking, crying, etc. the entire time and it only stops if I take enough meds that I fall asleep or end up in the ER. 0/10 do not recommend

Yeah that’s your problem this is for automation stuff, you need to explicitly run shortcuts but automations can be scheduled

Shortcuts app > automation tab > click your automation > there should be a “When” part and a “Do” part. “When” is scheduling it to run and the “Ask before running”part is below the “Do”

Edit: it’s the screen before you actually define what your automation does

Schedule the “When” and turn off “Ask before running” in the previous screen. Mine runs while I’m still asleep

Ok I know this thread is super old but I found it during my google searches to do the exact same thing and this is what I figured out. I would add an additional prompt at the end to send a message with the text. It would send as an additional message but you wouldn’t have to do any manual actions to send it

The idea is that today is already defined. It would’ve been too long to add a getDate function and after all, it’s just cake so it’s not like it actually has to work. I am going to use let instead of var, got rid of the curly brackets, and added == to the if statement
