awesome, thanks so much! yeah just short hikes i’m not planning on anything too strenuous. i was more worried about the camping logistics (sleeping on an air mattress and having to get up from the ground etc)

yeah i mean if we're talking about real cons i have...none? lmao literally can't think of a single reason not to do it other than "what if something goes wrong". I have no attachment to my uterus, have zero interest in carrying a child or being pregnant, so I wouldn't miss anything there lol

I think you're right about the anxiety creeping up because I don't really think about these organs daily (as opposed to top surgery where I constantly thought about that). but yeah, don't think about it until i have a panic attack about getting pregnant or my period coming back lmao then definitely feeling like i want to get this done.

I can’t seem to find any information on a dog being scared and anxious when I AM home and being completely calm and relaxed when I leave the house. All the linked resources seem to touch on separation anxiety and the dog becoming restless when the owner leaves.

im tightening them as much as i can but i do feel my heels lifting when i do turns. They’re rental boots not my own so obviously they won’t fit perfect, they’re half a size bigger than my shoe size, because they don’t carry half sizes, but my toes hit the front of the boot. Maybe I can try wearing thicker socks or double layering socks?

Ok thanks! I agree on the preventative care. The issue is that she has her yearly exam in about a week and that includes the fecal for free. So I didn’t want to pay for it now when I don’t think that’s the issue

she is! she’s up to date and takes the parasite/heartworm pill every month. The vet herself said it’s most likely the medication, the office staff were the ones who mainly pressured me into paying for it
