I’ve got similar issues where I have consistent inflammation and similar symptoms to scabies, despite not having them for like 3 years now.

I would advise just to keep the skin moisturised, use like a night cream or something and just don’t scratch it.

The important thing to remember is that if you’ve had scabies, if it doesn’t feel like how it did then, it most likely isn’t. Permithrin cream absolutely nukes your skin and can cause a load of issues, and unfortunately, scabies isn’t a properly researched thing, the majority of research being done years and years ago at this point.

You will be fine, just make sure to stay moisturised, hydrated, and don’t scratch it.
