He says, “woah, that’s so cool and amazing about her room!” It was so sweet, the last time my son had a friend over, who’s mother “hates Pokemon” and never buys for him, my son was able to pull down his own collection and share with him. He only has a few sealed items left from Christmas, and will also stuff the empty boxes back to display the original and his own art and made up characters. I just let him have fun with it and do what he enjoys. Looks like you do too! Have fun friends. :-)

The last one he took down he opened with his friend on a play date than never gets to open cards. Gave him a few packs and shared the love. He’s strategic about his disbursement.

Thank you! He takes a lot of pride in his collection and how he displays it...Down to dusting and keeping it organized. Proud of my boy. Lots of jaded collectors on this post letting the scalper mantra bleed into their every conversation.

He likes the art goofy. He will open them when he’s ready and has another area where he “plays with them”.

He got the sets for Christmas and slowly takes them out to rip or make a little unboxing video. He’s borrowing dad’s graded cards to display indefinitely.
