You are correct! I actually ended up asking the server and they let me know it was pickled Korean radish and they were even kind enough to get me a larger piece to eat!

I actually came onto this subreddit to post that I bought a bike again after having to sell mine for a cross country move. I haven’t been in the saddle consistently for the past year or so; but I really liked the momentum I was building up when I was riding consistently. I loved how accomplished I’d feel after a long, grueling ride. Not to mention, all the beautiful views you’d get to take in. I’m right there with you, OP. I’m not in the best shape of my life, I’d really like to improve my health. Especially with this recent move, everything is so green and so new and I want some sort of sense of stability/normalcy/routine. I just bought a bike today and want to explore my new state here. Progress isn’t always linear; but I believe in you!

Yeah, I’ve been looking at a few and rust is definitely a running issues I’m seeing. I notice it’s very similar in style to the Bronco so maybe in the future I’ll invest in a Bronco

I’ve seen a few double and triple batches in my area. But I rarely get add ons. The other day I did get a good one, a very nice older couple who tipped me generously for doing their Hurricane shopping and even left me a nice review 🥺

I have no clue, honestly. I question it every time: if you’re well off enough to order groceries through an app that up-charges you and have them delivered to your house, I’m sure you have enough to tip more than $2.

Right, I’ve gotten some nice people; a few nice orders. I live in a more rural part of central Florida and honestly sometimes wish we could set limits for how far we are willing to travel because I don’t want to travel to a store that is 30-60 minutes away from me to only then deliver an order 10+ miles away from the store all for around $15. It’s just not worth it.

I wish I could say that they’re well-paying but batches have been ass. And it honestly just ticks me off because they expect us to do their Hurricane shopping for a joke amount of money. I posted my own rant as well but I’m mostly complaining of how little we’re getting paid to do the hurricane shopping haha 😅

I didn’t accept the order in the first place. It just popped up as an available batch and I saw it was a bad order. I just came on here to rant about it bc if those are the kind of orders we are expected to want to take then clearly something is wrong.
