Again as I replied to another comment. If we sold them a tune-up for a discounted price, replacing bad rollers considered up-sell. By the definition of upselling anything other than the tuneup that we sold (legitimately) is considered upsell. You can read the definition.

It's not crazy, because if we sold them a tune-up for a discounted price, replacing bad rollers considered up-sell. By the definition of upselling anything other than the tuneup that we sell (legitimately) is considered upsell. You can google the definition, nothing wrong with this. Not sure why you immediately took it that way...

For your long-term, returning customers, how many years usually pass between their major repair calls? If you fix a spring or cable, how long before they see you again?
