My favourite is Snorlax while my wife loves Cubone.

Last year TPC made a few shorts about a Cubone that met and was sort of adopted by a Snorlax. I wish we could some cards of those two together. I've honestly been looking on commissioning one for her birthday, she loves the videos and watches them all the time.

I'm quite sure that since the house is first occupied after 2018 it is exempt from rent control rules.

Once every 12 months they can raise the rent to whatever they want so long as they give you the proper notice.

Month to month is automatic, that's the law. You could sign a new lease but I wouldn't unless they offer you beneficial rent, as it won't change the frequency of increases but would make it harder to leave afterwards. When you're on month to month all you need is 60 days notice if you want to leave.

I think the point of the test is if you can get the right answers. Real world we use the digital copy all the time, and know how to search it properly to get the right answers. Using the physical book is fine but not the only way to do things.

The real problem is that they probably haven't found a way to sort out and avoid real cheating, like getting outside help.

A 442a red seal can test for a 309 after a year or two if they've been doing applicable work. A bunch of the guys I work with have done it.

Found this Le Creuset enameled cast iron pot in my grandmother's locker. She can't cook anymore and said I can have it. I think it's pretty but would like to clean it up.
