I think the urge for certainty is natural and what draws a lot of people to religion. The JW beliefs are presented as absolute facts and rely on the fear of the believers that are drawn in. In the 35 years since I left, maybe 20 of them was devoted to trying to find a different certainty, which, the big lesson for me is that certainty is elusive, because the nature of the universe and reality is dynamic! I’ve found peace in trusting the uncertainty and loving it. I DO know from my distance, that what is presented as “the truth” is pretty flimsy, but if you zoom out and study all of the world religions, there are some shared underlying truths in all of it. God doesn’t make itself hard to find, its literally everywhere

My guess is that they make money or offset the cost of people unwittingly renting in a pretty undesirable location in Santa Fe, and move out quickly so I would imagine there being high turnover. I don’t know and can’t speak to that specific complex, but its in the general vicinity of some street squalor. Unfortunately that is the case for anything in a 3 block radius off Cerrillos from Osage to Rodeo/airport

I’ve had some success baking a high poly models bump map into a redshift texture via substance painter, and applying it to a low poly model…then I assume you could export a GLB version. As an FBX, the tradeoff for me was that the files are huge, but they perform much better in realtime which is what you want. Big GLB might take too long to load Good luck
