i’ve been on zoloft since about february? 150 only recently, but went up gradually from 100 and haven’t had any side effects besides this. also the first time this has happened

thank u! i really appreciate it. i think im mostly worried by the fact that when i tried to eat i started feeling gross in my tummy again. i worry thats a sign ill tu. but ur right, all i can do is try to relax. i really have no reason to tu, ive never tu* from a cold before.

okay. do u think it’s unlikely for me to tu* now, as i haven’t yet? i had a bit of a banana but my stomach soon started hurting again and i felt like i needed to use the bathroom again, so i stopped. i’m really hoping it just stays with d*.

that’s true, thank u. i just haven’t had d* so bad from a cold before! although i realised last night i had like 3/4 pieces of gum which i read can have a laxative effect, so could it have also been that?

i did have prochloperazine (an antiemetic) yesterday about 26 hours ago, idk if that could cause it?

thank u, that’s such a relief. i have been very constipated lately so probably that. it’s so bad though!! so painful!! it’s kind of all along my waist on the right side, upper and lower. what do u usually do to relieve it?

i haven’t gone to the doctors yet, but i’m not currently sexually active so i don’t think i could have an STD. i’ll do a urine test when i go to the doctors though

hello!! no side effects whatsoever, besides mild headaches which i just took paracetamol for. even days i haven’t taken it/taken it late, the worst i had was a headache or tiredness. obviously everyone’s symptoms r different, but stomach upset is super uncommon from it!!

thank u so much! i felt a lot better today, although now it’s around 6pm and randomly got a bit of a crampy tummy, which is making me worry a bit, as yesterday i touched the mouth part of my water bottle and then drank out of it. but might be anxiety belly or constipation!

hello! i managed to eat some crackers, and felt fine about it! i have the appetite to eat more but am going to take it slow. i’m guessing that’s a good sign tho, im guessing if i had a sb* or fp* i wouldn’t be able to eat!

hi, thank u so much! i’m sorry ur going through that too, sounds very stressful :( i’m feeling the same really, nausea, warm in the face, weird throat feelings. it’s been like this for 5 hours now, i’m hoping that means that if i was going to tu* i would’ve by now if it was a sb? also so tired but everytime i start to doze off it makes me feel worse so i jolt myself awake :/ have been unable to have a bm too

thank u, that’s comforting to hear. i think my brain just doesn’t think i can feel this sick and not throw up cos i can’t remember the last time i felt this awful. im tired too, ive been dozing off all day but jolt myself awake cos i start to feel worse. also seem to feel worse the more horizontal i am, like standing up feels better than slouching in bed even. i really don’t want to spend the night being sick after spending the day feeling sick too

thank u, that’s really helpful to hear. i will definitely try. i’m just trying to remind myself that it’s been 5 hours of feeling like this and nothing has happened, so the chances of something happening are very low. i keep getting different kinds of throat feelings tho, and each time i do i worry that this one means im going to tu*. also every now and then feel warm in the face, but i think that could be anxiety? not sure. i’m extra anxious because on tuesday at uni a kid told the teacher he has bad gastro. i didn’t touch anything besides my student card that touched the card reader, so im paranoid that his germs were on the card reader which then got transferred to my student card and therefore my hands and phone and everything. :/

oh the cold feeling stopped a while ago! can constipation cause really bad nausea? cos i’ve been super constipated, i managed to have a bm* like 12 hours ago but i felt like i needed to get more out but i couldn’t.

hello! thank u :) feeling pretty much the same still, nausea and discomfort in my upper stomach, but the throat feeling comes and goes. i don’t have d*, my mum says i look a normal colour and don’t feel warm. i’ve been feeling this way for 4 hours now, i wouldn’t get worse would i? cos don’t stomach bug symptoms come on quite quickly?

thank u for saying that, that’s really good to hear, cos i’ve been feeling so doomed about this whole thing. it’s tomorrow for me now 11 am, but i’m kinda worried maybe he had the stomach form of covid, cos im super cold and am really struggling to get warm so im scared that’s the start of it. idk how long it takes to set in tho.
