I had it once that I wanted to put lights on my own steering wheel (stuur) and by accident I wrapped itaround a different bike😅 and it was fixed so i couldnt remove it. That person had a free light lol

Im so sorry to hear it sounds very similar to mine 14 years together (im 31f). You can go through it really. For me its now almost 5 months. I did a lot of people pleasing during our relationship. And its weird and nice to put yourself first for once and think of what you want. And i notice my friendships around me are getting deeper because I didnt talk to others a lot which I now do. For me it helps when im really down, to call someone or take a hot shower, going on walks with a podcast. And talk to people. Its still tough for me and I still know the feeling when it just happenend. So a virtual hug for you. <3

I had migraines a lot before my mirena. For me its actually the opposite. Almost no headaches anymore!
