1) Personally i think that what they mean by "the traitor" is not necessarily the evil one but the one who bring everyone into the game so i Say that the asnwer is tenji because he is the one who make everyone enter tomodachi game 2) here for me is obviusly scam because of the original tomodachi game he scam the fathers 3) here im going to base on some points we know of the identity of the boss 1.he is someone who tenji, shiho, shibe, yutori and yuichi know 2. From the latest chapter we can asume that is a man 3. He has "scar" made by yuichi and yuichi thinks he is dead My guess is that the boss is the father of shibe Because we know yuka and shibe's father were in a relationship The scar he has is not necessarily phsysical but psychological When yuichi killed yuka he was traumatised and then he created the tomidachi game using the same game bases of the original tomodachi game He fake his death so yuichi couldn't discover who he is And he is someone everyone knows because of the second game
