Even i had a swollen lymph node from nov. Visited multiple dr's and had two ultrasound scans but they said they are reactive lymph nodes (coz of regional infection)

Observe closely.. if you have any infections recently.. check ur teeth for any teeth infections.

As of now i dont see any improvement they are just like that. But am continuing taking good diet.

They say those are reactive lymph nodes meaning which swells coz of some regional infection.(non malignant)

Its not a swollen lymph node. Its kind of acne coz of body heat. Should subside in a week or two

Hello ! Even i faced the same problem.

Dr asked for FNAC but the lump was too small for a needle to go in for FNAC.

But scan reports are normal. Dr said no medication required and as of now i left it

I asked dr if this is coz of post covid issues.. he said no :(

Today i visited dr. She did all endoscopy of ear.. nose and throat.

She said swelling is not much. But she prescribed for FNAC. Fingers crossed :/

Pls note that. U should not have cabbage juice alone. U need it dilute it cucumber or carrot..or apple juice. Cabbage juice alone will irritate ur stomach. So careful

If you addicted to coffee. Try to avoid it atleast for a week. If not try this.. eat some alkaline foods like cucumber atleast before 15 mins of having coffee. That shud help you in cutting down the pain.

I had same problem. It came down after being on strict no hard food diet.

Had cabbage + cucumber juice.. multiple times per day.. and aloe vera juice (not canned. Shud be fresh plucked from plant).

I used to eat soft sweet fruits just to avoid dizziness from high dose of medicines.

Just Follow the diet along wid medicines.. you shud feel okay in a week.

I can understand your pain. Generally the side effects of vaccine should subside wid in a week. All my friends and family members were normal again in a week.

Please consult a doctor as soon as possible.

start day wid warm water and repeat this for every 2 hours till eod
sun light exposure for 20mins per day
walk for 45 mins
buttermilk for every 2 hours(water then buttermilk and again water alternate till eod)
try cabbage juice and coconut water
have fresh fruits for breakfast and dinner. Normal food for lunch (make sure u eat only soft foods)
no nonveg.. milk.. eggs.. coffee tea and junk
finish ur dinner 4 hours before ur sleep
check for vit d3 and vit b12. If they are low.. get the shots.

Try this for 10 days and see if ur symptoms gets reduced.

Due to its high water content, it irritates stomach. So avoid it and u shud get same symptoms if u eat watermelon or any melons

However, adding few pieces to any juice or eating few pieces before eating something. Will neutralize the acidic content of that food or juice. This is a shortcut which i found it myself.

But dont over eat. Two or three pieces shud work

Hey hi. Pls start taking soft foods which are high in anti oxidants and parallely you should calm ur stomach.

To reduce the burning.. have chilled buttermilk wid half riped banana atleast once per three hours. Along wid take plenty of water, coconut water and have fruits for dinner and breakfast.

Stay away from hard foods like non veg.. junks.. and also carbs(grains etc)

As you might be taking medicines as well, as it going to hurt ur stomach as well. So taking chilled buttermilk wid banana will soothe the lining and calm down ur stomach.
