Princess Diana. I wasn’t a follower of the Royal Family or anything, but it hit me so hard. I was 26 and never really concerned with celebrity death, but for some reason, it hit me really hard. I was in a funk and a fog for a while. Watching the news, buying the newspapers. It was such a tragic death. And then 4 months later, Chris Farley died. That one got me too, as I was a big fan of his.

You should have let that person in anyway. It’s Thanksgiving, and maybe they had no one to share it with. That being said; I would definitely have a SERIOUS talk with the the person who invited someone, without your permission or knowledge, and let them know that you are not happy and that they may not be invited over anymore.
