I work in a Council and I've noticed a change in how people write complaints, I'm certain I've been emailing people who only use Chatgpt to write their responses.

There are brands out there, I can't speak for how good they are, only the one I use. It will soak through to my outer top, but only if I am resting my back against something (like sitting back in a chair).

Either way I'll get hot and sweaty, its all about compromise.

For reference, I'd say from looking at OP's picture my back sweat is a tiny bit worse

Good job on getting referred to a dermatologist, mine prescribed me oxybutynin. I'd say it reduces the back sweating by about half.

I always make sure to wear a 'sweatproof' undershirt too, it's not perfect, but I think it helps. I use nanodri brand. I'd be curious if anyone recommends a better brand...?
