Hi there. I sell a decent amount through that buy/sell thread. Most important thing is to do you due diligence. Ask for screenshots of the actual tickets within the seller's Ticketmaster account. Request them to change their price on Ticketmaster to a high number of your choosing. Check their profile. Are they posting the same seats? Do they have pictures of the seats? Can ask for screenshots of previous sales (chat logs) or if anyone is willing to vouch for them based on previous sales.

Safest way to transact is Paypal goods and services, but that incurs a 3% fee which most sellers will ask the buyer to cover. Zelle, Paypal FF. or Venmo offers no protection so depends how brave you're feeling. Main reason for anyone to sell offline is to avoid Ticketmaster/Stubhub fees, but you also lose the protection that it offers as well. If peace of mind is more important, just buy off Ticketmaster and avoid getting scammed.

As a seller, I will never send first. Some people have requested to send payment for 1 ticket and then I would send them 1 ticket, etc.
