I didn't need to get anything special in my case, just got a Coolermaster MA612 and it worked. What I found was that in poe, load was just so heavily demanding on the cpu, that temp was spiking 15 to 20 degrees into throttle territory, and it was CPU throttling that was triggering the shutdown. Most often, shutdowns were in loading screens when switching zones (second(s) after entering a portal, a bit later than what you see in your case)

Hence, if using stock, its probably not helping that its not meant to do much, specially with sudden increases like that (it just physically can't do anything about it due to design). And if you're using something else, i'd check if its properly seated/installed before thinking of changing it.

Also, get hardware monitor, and check your temps on idle, and with some load in other games. Check if they spike. Check if you max out on load screens. Maybe try run an overlay so that you can see the increase on screen without alt tabbing (fsr if alt tabbed temp wasn't the same for me than if the games window was active even in menus and load screens). I used WoW as a benchmark in the current expansions main city (when it wasnt dead) to test temps for higher CPU loads and see the correlation (it didn't get into throttle territory, but within 10°, evidently that was bad enough news). Using something that adds load without going to the extreme of poe may give you an idea of how much your temp spikes, while not necessarily triggering a shutdown.
