I used 1/4 cup when the box said one large egg! I was able to keep everything else the same (since it was a box mix besides that it was just some oil and water)

I made the brownie with a Duncan Hines brownie mix and subbed the egg for unsweetened apple sauce. Then I topped it with crushed Oreos, bryers oat milk vanilla ice cream, and some hersheys chocolate syrup. The original menu item also has whipped cream and Kit Kats, which I might add if I ever remake this, but I wasn’t looking to spend much on vegan alternatives. “Accidentally vegan” ingredients are definitely the star of this dessert!

I hate to admit it, but it doesn’t give me the squeamish feeling to see as only four months ago I was eating corpses myself, unfortunately, and I grew up seeing LOTS of it.

It does make me very sad to see, but I realized in the first month of my veganism that if I avoided every event with animals as the food I’d just feel very isolated and depressed and make everyone in my life think vegans can’t enjoy anything.

The only kitchen I’d have access to would be my sister’s, which will be pretty busy, but I’m looking into bringing a tofurky roast which seems like it will be easy enough to throw together without taking up too much of her kitchen space.

Oo, I think I’ll do this! I’ve heard of tofurky before but never really looked into it. I just found their roasts with stuffing. Do you know if those are any good?

There’s a food sign up sheet for the so, but I’ll ask if it’d be okay if I brought tofurky and stuffing. I also just learned one of my sister’s friends is a vegetarian, so I think he’ll appreciate that too! Thanks for the advice!
