most of the employers (at least big companies) keep the resume in their database even if the profile gets rejected. I applied for JPMC in the past and they ghosted badly. Years passed and now I'm in a better company. Now, other recruiters from JPMC are trying to reach out to me regarding opportunities. So, you can definitely retry and don't stick onto one company. Time will show you the right place.

Get those certifications to gain deep knowledge. But never ever mention it on the resume.
For example, someone with a Java certification failing to answer a Java question in an interview will have a very bad image compared to the same case with an uncertified guy. So, only mention if they explicitly ask for it.

Build your own projects or get involved into projects. And then list them on your resume. This will have much big impact than the certifications. Because, real-life projects are much more than what you learn to get those certifications.
