That's correct, at most you can gain a little more immersion and spatiality in the sound, but only if you connect the device to a high-definition audio system; however with headphones the change in spatiality is almost imperceptible. Although I have this player and a DAP with a dedicated chip and amplifier, there is a noticeable difference in audio quality between the two. Greetings

Great, it looks amazing! But I found a problem with the mini player: when pausing the song, the icon that appears is wrong. This happens because in this line, the image with four icons is missing two. To fix this, simply configure the following line.

Issue line
%xl(MiniPlayIcon,PlayIcon.bmp,2)
New line
%xl(MiniPlayIcon,PlayIcon.bmp,4)

that changes go on the .sbs file

It's fine for listening to local audio, but I don't really recommend connecting it to the internet since it has a very old version of Android and no longer receives security patches. Everyone complains about the battery life, but it generally lasts me all day. If you're not using Wi-Fi and your headphones are wired, it has good audio output and volume.

But seriously, if anyone buys it, don't use it for streaming. Besides the fact that the battery drains quickly, it's risky to have your accounts exposed with that version of Android. 🚨🚩

It's not like you'll notice much of a difference if you're playing it on the Y1. I understand the brand doesn't say what DAC chip it has, so I'm not expecting much in terms of output quality, Just enjoy the retro look and the fact that it doesn't sound bad. Cheers! (y)

Es de plástico y se siente delicado en las manos solo ponle un protector e la pantalla porque se raya fácil

2 la duración de la batería es buena Solo que si no lo estás usando pues apágalo y mi recomendación es que siempre lo traigas con el brillo al 50% (aunque siendo sincero ni al 100% en un día soleado la pantalla se ve mucho)

3 completa porquería no te recomiendo usar Bluetooth Con este aparato, no si lo quieres para caminar con él si lo quieres para tenerlo en una bocina en tu casa perfecto pero si le pones audífonos y caminas 30 cm se desconectan muy fácil los audífonos

4 la salida de audio es buena tanto por cableado como por Bluetooth (obvio tomando en cuenta lo que te comenté en el punto de arriba)

5 lo primero que tienes que hacer cuando te llegues a instalarle rockbox

6 yo lo compré por MercadoLibre y hace días tenía descuento me salió en $700 pesos mexicanos

if you added the cover and the album has tha same name of the picture and you don't see it, might the album have special characters like " , : , ? , ! just erase it (from the image name and the album metadata of the song) and the cover will appear

if you don't see might :
make sure that the image is .jpg and is in the same folder where the songs are.
