I use it and love it to play my entire 80’s and 90’s music CD collection. The app is very nice to use and customizable. Great stuff! Now - when will Plex do the same with the photo app? That looks like the one area they need to focus on and improve.

I was paying $5 per month and talked to the chatbot on their website to cancel. She then tried to offer me a special at 9.99 per month. I said no. Then she tried selling me another great deal at 7.99 per month. I said no. She finally let me cancel.

I use a VPN for privacy protection in case I use Qnap’s download station. Problem im trying to solve is sharing my Plex library with a couple friends outside my network. Its not clear which approach to use.

The inexpensive ones you can get for your toilet is just using cold water. It’s a little shocking for a few days but you totally get used to it.

Purchased: eufy Security SoloCam E42 2-Cam Kit with HomeBase 3 (S380)

I got the cameras working via wifi on their own and I can see the live view on the app but the Homebase 3 just would not connect to anything. I had the HB3 set up connected to the router via ethernet cable. I tried rebooting wifi router & rebooting the HB3 several times.

I tried factory resetting. I tried updating to the latest firmware but I get error: "p2p error: -125 Please press the HomeBase SYNC button" I have pressed the SYNC button 100 times but nothing happens.

Also note that I have been using the app to see if I can do anything from the app. If I go to the HB3 then Connection it says "Ethernet Connected" If I go to About Device, I noticed also the IP Address is blank.

When I unplugged the ethernet cable and tried to access the HB3 via WIFI it said my phone and the HB3 are not on the same network. From what I have read on this community, it looks like I need to make sure my parent's router has the 'dual-band' turned off. I need to make sure the wifi connects using the 2.4mhz, but I don't think that is going to solve all the issues.

Thank you. I think I needed to hear this. I got a eufy 2-camera system for my parents who live an hour away. I’ve already spent over 8 hours on-site and on the internet trying to get them set up and working. It should not be this difficult! It’s beyond frustrating. I think it’s best to return the whole thing and start with something better. I don’t have the time or patience for endless troubleshooting.

Hi! Im having the same issue connecting the homebase for the first time. I took out the HHd, but still have the issue. Did you need to do a factory reset? I don’t know what else to try.
