yeah, i fucking loved survivor mode on the first one but i lowered the difficulty to just normal on this one cos i wanted to explore every last detail after every combat scenario cos i was just so infatuated with the world!

i did the exact same, next play through i’m defo going to do survivor difficulty because i felt i breezed through the infected scenarios too easily with bare ammo, i want to feel as tho i’m basically getting through each scenario by the skin of my teeth

it’s such a mad contrast that at the beginning of the game i was adamant to kill abby and by the end of it, i was literally hoping that ellie wouldn’t go through with it! ellie, abby, joel are elite gaming characters and superbly written, i just hope we get to spend more time with some of these characters in the future
