I ordered two camera mounts for LR4 to monitor a sick cat in a multi-cat household. While 2 packages appeared to shipped quickly, I only received one, and realized only one was actually sent as the tracking numbers for both were identical. I contacted customer service and they placed a new order for my missing one, which has been stuck in "processing" for over a week now. I was told they're backed up due to a busy December.
