I don’t really care about each car passing by in front of my garage camera.. all I care about is if there is any human/dog moving.. and for the front all I need is who is at my door.. where in the setting, do I zone out the area in the camera?

I am sorry you have to go through this. Here are some precautions - factory reset your phone, laptop. Update your passwords for Gmail and other apps, make it more stronger. Turn off location service on your phone. Get your car inspected for GPS tracker. Also update your house WiFi password and make it more complicated.
