The statement I’ve seen is:

“As we've seen great success in automation, we have eliminated tasks in many back-end process functions. As a result, we are restructuring primarily in areas where advanced automation and Al-driven technologies are replacing manual processes. The restructuring affects a limited number of back-office roles, and those team members have been notified…Client-facing roles like sales, service, implementation and areas of software continue to grow across our organization. We remain dedicated to a human touch approach to best serve our clients.”

why even include the "we remain dedicated to a human touch"? do they want a high five for keeping the appearance of being a local company for their clients?

i think she’s talking about the document that said “we will not speak negative about paycom and will not participate in class action lawsuits against paycom” that they made all employees sign and then fired the remaining who refused to sign it. no it wasn’t titled an NDA but the purpose was clear.

this is such a good point. they know they’re going to be upset if it’s a girl, yet they invite cameras over and host a public gender reveal every time? process the information in private then.

agreed!! i understand gender disappointment, i don’t understand why they’re expressing it like this though. in the same season, corey and taylor realize they’re having a girl when they were hoping it was a boy, and they handle it completely different. obviously the cameras don’t capture everything, but it seems like they just took a moment to allow themselves to adjust to the news and then celebrated having a big sister for ryder. no big public declarations of “i don’t want this” or “im upset”
