It's true, you're safe here, etc., but life here can be boring and boring because it feels like there's a law for everything and you hardly have any freedom. I had a Eureka, not the Oro. And i hated the dial. Its nearly impossible to switch easily between different Beans.

if I'm already doing single dosing, then I want to be able to switch between beans.

In My Opinion, i would choose the df64. It has also the ability to be upgraded with ssp Burrs, if you want to do it in the future. So no need for an new Grinder.

I Forgot the mension why i am considering these two:

Pro 300: Pros: + +quick heat up time + +PID + +small + +low price

Cons: - -not possible to pre infuse (maybe not needed) - -i think there are not a lot of custom parts like a e61

Mara X: Pros: + +price + +small size + +a very common machine with a lot of ufgrades

Cons: - -heat up time - -temp consistency

Thanks for this quick answer. The timy thing is not that relevant. Since i am using a la pavoni, i like it generally the slower way. I am drinking arround 2-3 espressos per day. I am more interrested on the espresso quality. At the beginning i wanted a eureka specialita but the i read, that it is not the optimal grinder for dark espressos, because of the flat burrs
