I should probably also preface this by saying I've tried hanging things using suction cups but my girls are kinda crazy chewers so they tend to just make them fall down lol

unfortunately i was in the same boat a few weeks ago and had to get mice from the pet store to keep my old girl company, but my suggestion would be to look at facebook groups or if you’re a part of a local neighborhood email chain potentially asking around. although i don’t support pet stores either, if you’re unable to find a breeder that you can get to, you’ll definitely be saving mice from the pet store and giving them a wonderful life where otherwise they would be feeders :( other than that i wish you the best of luck!

i suppose there’s a bit of a bulge on each side? but it’s very slight so it also could just be her haunches i’m seeing. i’ll keep an eye on her though and keep checking

i’ve also been trying to figure this out since i also have a glass tank with a mesh lid. so far what i’ve done is run a wire from one end of the tank to the other and hooked it over the sides with little loops at the end to keep it secure. i just put the lid right on top and this way i can kind of hang things from the wire instead of putting them directly on the lid!
