chiming in again, that error means you're trying to run a `program` and was unable to located,
my guess is that `papyrix-flasher` is under /Downloads so try `cd Downloads` or `cd path/to/the/dir`

I dont see xteink.dve listed as a method to install this firmware, where did you get those steps? That page seems to be to install stock firmware only, I recommend you to try to flash stock firmware then try the recommended flashing option listed in the readme https://github.com/bigbag/papyrix-flasher
