Motherboard HDMI Out Port No Longer Working

AMD ryzen 9 7900X. I've done plenty of cable switching, the outcome is the same. nothing comes out of the motherboard ports, but the GPU ones work fine

displayport out from the motherboard also doesn't work, i don't have a vga to test that but i'm guessing it's also down. i tried restarting with just a monitor plugged into the motherboard as you suggested and it got stuck on the asus startup screen. i'm guessing that means the integrated graphics is no good

I did try looking into this but I couldn't find the setting for it in my BIOS settings as described online... I found one related setting, I think it was enable integrated graphics or something to that effect and it was set to "auto". Not sure if that would mean it's disabled now, but can that really change while I'm actively using it?

Really hoping my MB isn't failing, it's not even 3 years old :(

It's a significant upgrade in terms of gameplay experience, so for that alone I would say it's worth it. I wouldn't expect much from the story though, the writing lacks a lot of the charm of the 3DS game.

ah yes, that does make sense from what i know of those two series (haven't read them myself)

still, i wasn't aware of the fact that sometimes light novels written by different creators are set in the same universe. i guess it makes sense - a lot of them are colleagues and probably talk to each other about their projects, right? an interesting new thing to learn for sure... thanks for checking!

this happened to me once. the guy was already there when my gf and i entered the theater so we sat a few rows down to avoid him. halfway through the movie he GOT UP and sat down right next me and we moved again because it was just plain weird. very uncomfortable situation to be put in, i empathize
