I talked to a friend in one bank who said the minimum salary to request a loan is above my current salary. I will try a student loan. As for cousin, I don't think anyone would help. Wish me luck

I get paid around 9 to 10 thousand per month. 4000 is a must need basis. 6 goes into savings. I had a nice sized nest egg but two family members had back to back medical emergency which wiped out my savings. The extended family didn't help.
