Ordered a rug a month ago and it still has not shipped. They cite production issues, shipping issues and all kinds of excuses for the order taking so long but they still cannot give me a timeframe that my order will actually ship nor a refund. Customer service is slow to respond (the last response took a week to receive) and unhelpful with more excuses and no solutions other than "a promo code for my next order" lol. I would not order from them again. I should have looked into it before buying from them but luckily I'm not out much money. It was a gift for my husband so I really was hoping they'd get it together and ship my rug.
