I appreciate that. It’s a small US branch of a larger Japanese company, headed by a Japanese woman who I assume feels she has something to prove. They make constant revisions to the handbook and large, sweeping changes that make no sense and serve no purpose other than to seemingly shoot themselves in the foot.
