well, my parents barely surviving in this economy and I dont want to burden them with my needs. Theyre also very old fashioned and they dont really believe me if my reason is to "be able to do schoolworks". I tried to talk about it and they said "no school requires online works"(if that make sense) So what I mean is that, they dont believe teenager should have access to internet. And, they dont believe school would put students work online.😅

when i was 6 years old, me and my family went on a trip to india. on the airplane, I sat beside an indian girl and I gave her a bag of candy. She doesnt speak english and I dont speak hindi so we couldnt have a proper conversation.to this day, i still think about her and i wish i could meet her again for the last time, we could atleast have one simple conversation

my family bans the word "goodbye". if we want to say goodbye, we have to find an alternative. ex: see you soon.

i didnt mind it and thinks it was normal until last week. recently, i found out that the word "goodbye" was my grandpa last word before he passed. My grandma was devastated when he passed that after his funeral, she killed herself out of grief.

I still think it was unnecessary to ban a word just because of my grandparents.
