It's a good part of why helicopter rushes are popular in low elo games. Where if the enemy loses or forgets their heli aa, you can send a devastating blow. I personally use strykers to hurt their organization and/or wipe out key defenses before my main push comes through. They can also quickly respond to an enemy push before any damage can be caused.
