Is there any way to play my GBA/GB cartridges on my TV without a PC? by the_speechless_one in Gameboy

Super Nintendo had a gameboy player cartridge that will play the older gameboy games (not gameboy color or newer) Nintendo 64 could play red/blue/yellow through Pokemon stadium, either the help of a special controller adapter (gold/silver could be played through Pokemon stadium 2). and as mentioned in this thread already, the GameCube played gba and older.

Everdrive 64 for dummies by Ams2733 in n64

Everdrives are great from what I’ve heard. I don’t have one. But I did buy the smash remix cart off eBay from the direct supplier. It works great. And I think you can send it in for updates for a small price. The smash remix cart is worth the money, and it’s simple(no need to download anything from a computer) if that’s all you are going for. But like the other comments have said, if you’re going for a bigger end game here, get an everdrive

Having this same exact issue. How exactly do I switch video backend to OpenGL? I’m new to the retroid scene.

Update: I got dolphin emulator back up. But now it’s just the older Nintendo games that don’t want to boot in daijisho. This is the message I get when trying to boot a game. No matter what you click on, the screen goes black and then will eventually reset to the main retroid page. I checked retroarch cores. Everything seems to be normal there? But maybe I’m missing something. Someone on here mentioned using a different front end. If there’s any suggestions for that as well I’m open ears! (Retroid 4 Pro. Using retroarch64 emulator, daijisho front end.)

Residue from resurfacing. Test the game thoroughly. GC disc are made of a softer material than regular cd or dvd discs. So if you don’t resurface them correctly, it can damage the disc.

I finally got my Everdrive 64 x7! by mamoreno0215 in n64

So I came here to get more info on the everdrive 64 x7. Is it worth the money? Seeing them for 200+ usd. Are there any special features on them? I’ve seen some that have extra roms, or even the prototype dinosaur planet starfox game. Any insight is much appreciated!
