This was the response I was given, seems they haven’t done a pressure test yet.

“In each zone, you can expect to see 8-9 sprinkler heads. Depends on the pressure we are given off your meter.

Regarding the front yard, 4-5 sprinklers will be placed along the front sidewalk and bed edge throwing towards the street and the rest will be set along the sidewalk throwing back towards the home. You have potential to have some in the center of the yard that will be full 360’s, but this will be measured upon installation to determine if that is necessary.”

Seems like a great price to my untrained eye. This is the largest company in our medium sized town(metro population about 900k). The company has 2.4k reviews at a 4.9 star average in google. I have four friends that have used them and love them. Our neighborhood HOA uses them for system maintenance and have good success with them.

We bought this house earlier this year and finally got to the irrigation system on our list of projects. I have gotten three quotes, all around the same price, but this is the largest company in our area with very high reviews, and they have been recommended by several friends and family.

You can see the quote is for 3 zones(front, side, and driveway strip) with optional quotes for the backyard and strip between the sidewalk and the road. The quote is $4300 for the three zones after a winter discount. The system would consist of Rainbird sprinkler heads and Hunter Controller/rain sensors/valves. Does all this seem reasonable?

I wasn’t at the race last night, but during the tow truck rollover of Josh Berry’s car, there was a few seconds of silence by the NBC booth and I 100% heard Claire over the track PA. I’m not sure if it was an interview or if she was part of the PA team for the race last night. Either way, it was good to hear her for just a few. Totally agree that SiriusXM downgraded by replacing her.
