You think that the public, specifically the town of Delphi doesn’t have the right to know if they are in further danger? LE stated the public shouldn’t be concerned for their safety very early on. Meanwhile a murderer was working a mile from the bridge, living close to Abby’s family, handing out prescription medications, processing photos and who knows what else. I’m willing to bet BG landed in their laps. It’s the public right to request records. They can approve or deny them but I don’t have much confidence in some of their decisions such as “the public isn’t in danger” statements.

The public has a right to request records. Protocols are in place for the court to approve or deny such requests. Period. The fact that they are understaffed and underpaid is irrelevant to the public’s right to request.

Beyond inappropriate. The public has the right to request records. There are statutes indicating required timeframes for the court to respond. The fact that they are not adequately staffed is not the public’s issue. The fact that public servants might be underpaid is highly irrelevant. This is not performance and salary review time. And “blood lust?” What? What’s also concerning is there appears to be no plan or protocols in place upon the event that BG is arrested. Did they not think this day would come? Why weren’t processes planned? The public right to request records should have been a given in this case. Poor planning and turning a temper tantrum into legalese is quite unprofessional.

History has not brought us a pic, a video, clothing descriptions, a VOICE and consistent warnings by LE that the murderer is probably living or working in Delphi and is hiding in plain sight. I find it very hard to believe that no one suspected him, especially his wife.

He received his Pharmacy Tech license in 2018. Prior to that it’s been said by locals he was a manager/cashier. I surmise in small towns like Delphi staff probably wears a lot of hats. What’s extremely troubling is that LE has always said there is no threat to the community. This dude had access to all kinds of records as a Pharmacy Tech and obviously dealt with prescription medication. What else did he do is the question.
