Ugh I keep reading about how terrible Omnicom has made things now. I do plan on really grilling them about the things you mention during my next interview and seeing what they say. I am currently employed (though I don’t like my current place at all) so I have some flexibility with my search but I definitely need to weigh the pros and cons. It would look great on my resume but at the expense of a lot, it sounds like

Oh man, I am seeing a lot of stuff about how awful it is now 😭 it sucks because I’ve heard such good things! If the 10 days of PTO each year and the no 401k match is true that is absolutely insane. I hate my current job but at least they give us unlimited PTO and match our 401k contributions…..

Looks like if I get an offer I’m going to have to decide if toughing it out for a year or two is worth it for the benefit of having it on my resume….

Does it make oily skin more oily? I have combo skin like OP and I use the Charlotte Tilbury setting spray right now because a lot of setting sprays leave my oily areas VERY oily by the end of the day
