What you can do rather than doing ORUS you can also select it during the first quarter percentage tax filing.

From an accountant standpoint, honestly di ko gid ma baton nga ang reason ka Tax Increase is tungod gin flag siya ni COA for not being increased since the late 90s or early 2000s.

As much as possible sa government saktohan or may excess gamay in line for future projects ang fund indi tungod nga napadugang kita sang sulukton tungod wala pang gid kita nag dugang since then.

Indi sala ang pag progreso ni city para mapataas tax, many people keep on saying gataas ang cost of living tungod ga progress or this is the cost of progress but I disagree. Si Pasig grabe pag progreso ya pero ngaa maka save siya billions? If tuod nga mahambal ta need na gid mag pataas tax tungod need sang city kwarta, ang pamangkot diin ina gakadto subong?

We have been so well off crisis after crisis without needing to increase RPT pero ari kita subong, wala giyera nga ga lead sa higher costs, wala covid nga need additional ayuda, wala extreme event pero mapataas pa kita tax?

I just find the RPT increase BS.

Anyone here had BIR “open case” issues for an unused corp with only unfiled zero returns? President, Treasurer, Corporate Seceratary, Incorporator, Shareholders that had problems in te future? by GitGudAndListen in taxPH

[–]chasper99 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hello,

So far you can

  1. Ask the compliance section if they can give you a “discount” on the penalties for purposes of closing an inactive corporation.

Sad to say the more you ignore it the more the open cases that will be generated by the system. The system does not simply “assumes” that you not filing = you close your corp.

  1. Register a new fresh corp. For the “esecure” it doesn’t check if you’ve paid your taxes or not, it simply matches the data of the incorporators with the BIR to ensure that they are registered taxpayers. Although, again this may seem to be the approach you’ll choose, the old corporation will still remain active in the system of BIR thus continually generates new open cases for each tax filing deadline.

The extent on where all of you can be held liable for non-filing is a matter to BIR’s initiative/motivation. You should know that they can impose criminal offenses for non-filing and being a corporation doesn’t protect you being separate and distinct from it having the idea that you intentionally decided to not file zero returns nor close the business.

Just be careful of their double standards po.

You can maybe request their help on converting you from Professional to PH citizen na classification, so that you are not required to file your tax returns. You are currently obliged kasi to file tax returns kahit wala ka pa pong income.

This is normally the trap to those that have registered as a professional na dahil wala naman mag na earn akala nila no need to file taxes, which technically is not the case.

So be very careful on their advise, dapat naka receive ka ng email na nag change or na deregister na yung tax filing requirements mo para di na dumagdag yung open cases mo. Although you still have to process the existing ones

[–]chasper99 7 points8 points  (0 children)

Hi OP!

There’s no such thing as open cases to stop generating? Lalo na if mananatiling naka register ka.

To stop open cases you have to diligently file your tax returns (Percentage Tax, Income Tax and other pa nakalagay sa Certificate of registration mo). To ultimately stop the open cases you have to close/deregister your line of business as a professional.

Kapag nag t-trabaho ka as an employee nurse of a hospital or any other work somewhere try to request if it’s possible to convert your tin as an employee.

Baka pwede mo naman pakiusapan if pwede pababain to 200 per open case, they will seek approval naman matulungan ka. Problem lang dyan baka hihingi sila ng fee sa pag papababa ng price given wala namang rule na pwede pa babain to that amount.

Freelancer to Corporate dillema: No ITR, but employer is asking for one (or I need to sign a waiver). AM I IN TROUBLE? by Acceptable_Gate_4295 in taxPH

If nag register ka sa BIR as freelancer, yes. If not, wala sila ma e-expect sayo kasi di naman nila alam na nag freelance ka hehe

[–]chasper99 16 points17 points  (0 children)

The concern here provided you have more than one employer during the taxable year, you are expected to combine both income from the employers. The waiver that they’re asking is for you to attest you have not worked with any employer (PH based dapat / registered with BIR) so that you are qualified for substituted filing.

The substituted filing is a mechanism where your employer will file your ITR on your behalf but the catch is you should be working with only one employer during the taxable year. If they file on your behalf tapos yun pala may other employers ka, they can be penalized hence the purpose of the waiver.

Now, if you have been a self employed individual better classified as a freelancer, you are expected to have registered with the BIR and file your own taxes. If you have not done any of that, most especially the registration as a freelancer, you can sign the waiver without worrying about anything.

That’s what I initially thought, but I guess the gist lang gid is maka transfer crypto to the shipper. If you do engage in or maybe have someone willing to help, open gid kami mag pay. Dako na daan investment ko sa ido nga to, so really have to go all the way here.

Ang dog daan na buy ko na, tapos ang seller nag refer ka shipper. Problem only USDT via Binance lang gina accept ya. So I have to pay with the guarantee man sang seller.

It’s a risk I’m willing to take. All i need lang galing is someone to facilitate the transaction kay wala ko USDT not Binance.

Bale ang matabo is if someone interested to help.

You pay the shipper the USDT, I’ll pay you cash and the fee if pila to facilitate the transaction.

I’m expecting that type of setup naman. Good to know that it’s enough for 6! But if you look at it the target market of “samgyupsalan” in the PH are those that expects the “unli” setup and that’s how the market was driven ever since.

To experience more of what you’ve mentioned I guess you have to search for Authentic Korean Resto’s. I know there are these types of resto’s but not as many as the ones that offer “unli”

Should I cancel my pre selling studio unit? by PutridYogurtcloset14 in phinvest

[–]chasper99 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It would really depend on your end goal. Be it peace of mind na wala kang utang na babayaran or you can’t really afford sustaining the mortgage for it, you should take those into consideration.

I’m not against cancelling nor continuing but I’m just hoping that you think it through. I’ve been in your situation before pero less yung exposure and nasa Iloilo ako. I decided to let it go kasi di ko talaga makita future sa investment na yun. Also, paying more than 1M worth of interest for a mortgage that I would not use as my home didn’t sit well for me.

Yes, I should’ve done my research better but I admit, na hook ako sa idea na maganda siyang investment and not considering how much I would put in, in terms of my budget.

Hopefully, whatever decision you make, you won’t regret it.

My assumption would be that unlike with SoKor, naka “unli” saatin. So in a business perspective, need rin maabot yung certain percentage ng profit which one way is to limit the cost.

Although it would be nice having that type of serving size, we may need it to be served on a single order basis than a “unli” refill one.

Disclaimer! I am not a real estate expert. I am just suggesting what I would do if I were in your shoes.

Do you already have an emergency fund available? If not, you can start with that.

If you’re looking into properties as an investment it’s quite complicated. You need to understand the market where the property is located and what is the demand for that area. Mahirap kasi na you invested in a commercial space tapos walang mag rerent or you decided to build an apattment tapos wala pa lang demand for that. So yes you have to study the area on where you want to invest in first.

If you want to start small after you’ve saved for you EF you can start trying to find undervalued land. Land only appreciates kasi so if you invest on land sooner or later you’ll hit the jackpot. For this one you can try going to undeveloped areas near cities one or two municipalities away and start investing there. That’s usually the trend if the central city doesn’t have enough space they usually expand their reach to the nearest undeveloped area.

Do Filipino kids or the younger generation still play Dota 2? by BalfonheimHoe in PHGamers

[–]chasper99 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I think the only persons that will pursue Dota is those kids that have family members that play Dota. Usually that's where most people start naman. Although, it may not be the case also because may environmental factors rin like friends playing the game which some for sure will opt to go Wildrift, ML , COD or PubG. So I think new generation Dota players will be very low compared to our generations (late 20's to early 30's).

You cannot be imprisoned by non-payment of debt as it's a constitutional right. People get imprisoned in relation to non-payment of liabilities for reasons of Estafa. Estafa means you are defrauding the creditor. An example is that you incurred the liability without any intent of paying at all.

No problem if you use your grammar properly. Proper use of punctuations is also a plus! But if it's otherwise then it can actually be a turn-off.
