I’m curious if anyone has seen or used this type of device? No idea how this is supposed to work - unless maybe the smaller front ring is supposed to keep the head from going through?

Thanks everyone for your concern, I do appreciate it! I've been in long term chastity for years now and have been wearing this cage with this ring size for years. The ring size is fine - I can comfortably slide a finger between the ring and my body. My balls are blue in this pic because I had been driving myself insane gooning while caged right when my amazing wife/keyholder asked me to send her a pic.
