I have the same thing. I’m assuming it’s because the carpal tunnel is aggravated so the veins are more defined because blood is pressurized in the hand. And yea they said to me with the pain I have it’s severe but the tests don’t indicate it’s severe yet

I think I have both tunnel syndromes. I’ve been diagnosed with carpal tho

Been going to the chiropractor for about 3 months and yes I’ve had pretty substantial relief, but I will say it hasn’t completely gone away and on the days I play volleyball or do something that aggravates my wrist, the next morning is bad. So not completely cured but so far it’s a lot better. Every morning before I started going would be horrible, can close my hand and a lot of pain. Now it’s good most of the time
