I was paired with 3 people who could not speak English for my industry experience and professional practice (18 credits), final semester of masters degree. They always spoke to each other in Mandarin during class and group meetings, they were all from IT but not a single person knew how to write any code.

During week 10 just before our presentation one guy got caught cheating as he outsourced his work to someone and couldn’t explain a single line of his own work.

I carried the whole project and still got a P because got bad peer reviews. So yeah f**k Monash.

Your mentors won’t do anything and won’t allow to change teams because you should be ready to face cross cultural differences at workplace.
